LEGAL & TRUST

Cookie Policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2026. This policy describes how Moteligo uses cookies and session identifiers.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit websites or access web software applications. They are widely used by online businesses to make systems operate efficiently, keep user sessions active, remember settings, and provide diagnostic metrics.

2. How Moteligo Uses Cookies

We utilize cookies and local storage tokens to run our cloud Hotel Management Software platform and Guest booking widgets:

  • To keep hotel administrators, managers, and front desk staff logged in during shifts.
  • To remember dashboard preferences, sidebars, and timeline filters.
  • To support room booking sessions—for instance, preserving room selections while a Guest completes checkout.
  • To analyze booking patterns, helping us improve platform speed and usability.

3. Categories of Cookies We Use

Our cookies fall into three categories:

A. Strictly Essential Cookies

These are required to authorize logins and keep your software sessions active. Without them, you would be logged out of your PMS dashboard every time you refreshed the browser page.

B. Functional & Preference Cookies

These store user configurations, such as your selected hotel property (if you manage multiple properties), local currencies, and default dashboard calendar states.

C. Performance & Analytics Cookies

These collect anonymous diagnostics to help us monitor server speeds, channel manager synchronization latency, and booking widget errors.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You can control or block cookies by adjusting your browser settings (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge). Please note that if you disable essential cookies, the Moteligo PMS dashboard and Guest booking engines may fail to function correctly.

5. Policy Updates

We may modify this Cookie Policy as database technologies or travel integrations evolve. We encourage you to review this document occasionally to stay updated on our data practices.
