Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 4, 2026. These terms govern the use of Moteligo platform and property manager dashboard.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the cloud-based property manager and hospitality software platform provided by Moteligo ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you represent a hotel, resort, guest house, or multi-property management organization, you warrant that you possess corporate authorization to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Software License & Services

Subject to subscription payment limits, Moteligo grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access our cloud-based Hotel Management Software, including PMS dashboards, channel managers, reservation forms, and integrated guest website modules.

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary code or operational workflows of Moteligo.
  • Use our platform to transmit spam email notifications, malicious script overlays, or fraudulent guest room offerings.
  • Overburden our API limits or attempt unauthorized access to databases belonging to other hotel properties.

3. Account Registration & Staff Privileges

Hotels must provide active corporate emails, billing logs, and accurate property details during setup. Hoteliers are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of system administrator logins and staff shift credentials.
  • Restricting front desk, audit, and housekeeping user access levels to protect guest privacy.
  • All booking operations, billing balances, and tax computations processed under their property accounts.

4. Subscription Billing, Fees & Taxes

Moteligo is billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis. All fees are exclusive of local taxes (such as GST or VAT), which will be computed and applied at checkout. Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Access to the software may be suspended if subscription fees remain unpaid beyond a 7-day grace period.

5. Guest Data Protection & Compliance

The Hotel is the Data Controller, and Moteligo is the Data Processor for all Guest reservation records, IDs, and checkout histories. The Hotel warrants that it complies with local hospitality regulations and privacy mandates (including GDPR where applicable) regarding the collection and storage of guest identification.

6. Service Availability & Scheduled Maintenance

While we target a 99.9% cloud system uptime, Moteligo does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled database updates, channel manager updates, or hosting maintenance windows will be communicated to system administrators beforehand. We are not liable for OTA sync delays or reservation gaps resulting from OTA provider API outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moteligo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of hotel room revenue, overbooking overheads, guest refund disputes, or security breaches resulting from compromised staff logins.

8. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts violating these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your software access will remain active until the current billing cycle expires.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.
