Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 4, 2026. These terms govern refunds and cancellations for Moteligo.
1. Subscription Billing Overview
Moteligo provides property management and hotel website builder services as a subscription-based software platform. Our billing packages operate on recurring monthly or annual schedules. By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring payments according to your selected billing interval.
2. Free Demos & System Auditing
We strongly encourage hoteliers to leverage our **Free System Demo** and assistances before finalizing paid subscription setups. Our support teams provide detailed front desk walkthroughs, reservation setup guides, and dashboard tours to ensure the software fully meets your property's daily needs before any charges are processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your Moteligo software subscription at any time:
- Cancellations can be requested directly inside your account subscription panel or by emailing **support@moteligo.com**.
- Upon cancellation, your property's access to the PMS, channel manager, and website hosting will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused portions of monthly or annual cycles once they have been initiated.
4. Refund Eligibility & Claims
Because we host cloud software databases and channel connections that consume operational cloud resources immediately, refunds are only evaluated under specific parameters:
A. Verified Technical Failure
If you encounter platform faults that completely prevent you from taking check-ins or syncing inventory, and our technical staff fails to resolve the issue within 7 business days of a detailed support ticket submission, you will be eligible for a refund of the affected billing cycle.
B. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (New Properties Only)
For new hotel properties signing up for Moteligo PMS packages, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you decide that the software layout doesn't fit your front desk workflows within the first 7 days from payment activation, you may request a full refund of your setup and license fees.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback via your banking institution, we reserve the right to temporarily freeze database access, channel connections, and hotel website listings during the investigation. We suggest contacting our customer success desk first to resolve billing disputes.
6. Submitting Refund Requests
To request a refund review under the criteria listed above, please submit a support ticket containing:
- Your property account name and registered administrator email.
- Your invoice number and payment date.
- A detailed explanation of your technical platform issue or cancellation rationale.
